About
DOUGH HANDS

I wanted to start my own pizza business ever since my first pizza chef job in 2011 whilst at uni. In September 2020 I took the plunge and the first Dough Hands pizza was sold from a market stall on Station road in Brixton.
Over the next couple of years I said yes to everything; food markets in every corner of London, weddings, birthdays, brewery pop ups, festivals and kitchen takeovers. Every weekend squeezing ovens, gas canisters, dough trays, gazebos and cool boxes into my little VW polo, slinging pizza all over the city, in all kinds of mad apocalyptic weather conditions.
In January 2023 I quit my day job and took Dough Hands full time. You can now get a Dough Hands pizza 7 days a week at 2 locations in London, the Spurstowe Arms in Hackney and the Old Nuns Head in Nunhead.
You can expect crispy bases, big flavours, weekly specials and collabs with some of the best chefs around.
